RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that your return is initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.
Product Condition & Returnable Items
At [T cell clothing], we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are welcome to try on the product to check the fit, but please make sure it remains unused and in its original condition. All original tags—including brand, seal, and price tags—must remain intact and inner packing. Keeping the item in its original state helps ensure a smooth return process without delays or rejections.
If any product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, has missing components, or shows a manufacturing defect, we request you to contact our Customer Care team or send us an email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.
All products are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions mentioned above. We offer free reverse pickup in serviceable areas. In cases where reverse pickup is not available, customers must return the item at their own expense using the return address mentioned on the original invoice. Please note that if a self-shipped return is lost or Damage in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Exchanges are currently not available.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website using your registered mobile number or email ID and password. Go to the “Orders” section under “My Account”, select the item(s) you wish to return, and submit a return request.
Once your request is approved, the reverse pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days. The item(s) will be collected from the same address where the product was originally delivered.
Refund Process
Refund Method:
- For online payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes a quality check.
Refund Timeline:
- The quality check process takes approximately 24–48 hours after we receive the product.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your bank or payment account within 5–7 business days.
Other Terms & Conditions
Right to Refuse Return Requests
[t cell clothing] reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request that does not comply with our Return Policy. If your request is declined, no refund will be issued, and no second return request will be accepted for the same product. By shopping with us, you agree not to dispute our final decision.
Frivolous Complaints
In the case of baseless or fraudulent claims related to product quality or order issues, [t cell clothing] reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, and the customer will bear all legal and processing costs incurred.
Return Shipping Conditions
For damaged or defective product claims, we may request photo and video evidence before authorizing a return and refund.
If return pickup is arranged by us, customers must hand over the product to our delivery partner during the scheduled attempt. If the customer is unavailable or not ready, a maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made. we will not be responsible for delays or refund issues caused by missed pickups.
